Chathamkulam Group hails from a agricultural family on earlier 1965 and its founder is Mr.Bhavadas Chathamkulam on 1970 to a Saw mill along with the wooden planks, sizes, and logs supplies to engineered wooden commodity manufacturing industries such as Block board, ply wood, door, furniture, etc manufacturers in south India (Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, etc). Over such period he operates the real estate business in conventional method. And on 1995 onwards elder Son Mr.Sumesh Chathamkulam and slightly the younger Son Mr.Rajeesh Chathamkulam also slightly (Along with the Studies) been supported the father in the family business and as per the strong guidance and leadership of Mr.Bhavadas Chathamkulam.
Gradually on 2000 Chathmkulam group developed a new venture in dealing and importing and trading, Superior Kerosine oil (White Kerosine), Petroleum products such as oils, Diesel (EOU), lubricants, Palm oils, Heavy Melting steels and shredded steel from UAE, Middle east and European countries.
On 2002 onwards we company professionally entered to real estate in developing plot and constructing buildings and develop several residential layouts plots, Villas, Flats in Palakkad and from 2008 onwards at Coimbatore and Ernakulam, and we company got opportunity to serve more than 1500 valuable customers in the real estate industry.
Further on 2008 the Group expanded the function to Educational Industry in the Name of Chathamkulam Foundation Charitable Trust. by functioning a STUDY ABROAD consultancy by sending students to some leading Universities in United kingdom, Canada, etc. and gradually on 2011 we started Chathamkulam Institute of Research and Advanced Studied, A MBA programmes (Business School) a AICTE Approved and Calicut University affiliated Campus at Kanjikode, Palakkad.
Mr.Bhavadas still involves in the agricultural activities and managing it excellent yield and returns. (Rubber plantation, and other seasonal cultivations, etc.
